Owner & Senior Master Stylist
Eliana has been working in the hair and beauty industry for over 20+ years, starting her extensive career in her native country of Brazil. Eliana learned many foundational skills of beauty when she lived in Brazil. This is purely from the lavish, and exotic styles in the Brazilian culture. Eliana loves discovering, learning and teaching new trends of the beauty industry. She has mastered skills in a wide range of specialties in both beauty and fashion during her time in Brazil and in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Eliana is a true artist when it comes to hair color and hair design.
In 2022, Eliana made her dream of owning her own salon a reality when she and her oldest son, Jay were handed the keys to Aacardi the Salon. Eliana and Jay moved to Saint Petersburg FL, making the sunny paradise their new home. Eliana is very eager to rejuvenate Aacardi the Salon’s status as the premier and full serving salon in Tampa Bay.
Jay
Salon Manager
Jay grew up watching his mom Eliana, work hard and become a successful business woman. Inspired by her resilience for a better life in the U.S. Jay began his professional career by assisting in salons. While working, Jay graduated from the University of Massachusetts with his Bachelor’s. It was there that he discovered that his passion was also in the beauty industry, having a leadership and development role. With his natural talent of knowing trends, technology, and business strategy he was able to manage and grow a successful salon in Boston.
In 2022 Jay partnered with his mom, Eliana and assumed a management role. He was an asset in making the transition of Aacardi the Salon happen, going through every detail to bring the same consistency &excellency Aacardi the Salon is known for. Jay is very excited for the future of Aacardi the Salon and hopes that the salon’s legacy will continue throughout the years.
