Jay has been involved in the beauty industry for most of his life. He grew up watching his mom become a successful stylist & salon owner. Jay began his career in the salon by working assisting in the salon while taking classes at the University of Massachusetts. While working, Jay discovered his passion in the industry of having a development and leadership roll with his combined skills of trendsetting, technology and business strategy that insures a successful future for Aacardi the Salon and our team.
